X-Rays
In order to properly diagnose a patient's condition, x-rays are commonly taken. These x-rays are used to check vertebral alignment, disc degeneration, proper curvature, scoliosis, and other serious pathology. We use x-rays to document our patient's progress as well. With the advancement of high-speed film and limited exposure, the amount of radiation used is far outweighed by the useful information gained by actually seeing patient's spines.

Postural Analysis
A postural analysis is administered to accurately and reliably evaluate patient's general standing posture and balance from both an anterior and sagittal perspective. The determinations provide improved comprehension of each individual's postural mechanics including any deviations and compensations. In addition to documenting baseline postural discrepancies, all measures can be utilized as a part of a progressive measurement sequence which will help assess the need for future treatment.
